From high-performance sport to personal support.

My sporting journey

Sport has been a fundamental part of my life since childhood. I started taekwondo at just three years old and later discovered climbing, which eventually became the focus of my sporting career. For more than a decade, I trained and competed at the highest level, representing national teams and taking part in European, world and national championships.

High-performance sport taught me much more than how to compete. For years, I had to learn to balance training, competitions, travel and sporting pressure with my studies. It was not always easy, but that experience pushed me to develop tools I now consider essential: organisation, discipline, managing pressure, setting goals, tolerating frustration and staying consistent when results do not come straight away.

Studies and training

As I developed as an athlete, I also became increasingly interested in understanding what happens in our minds when we try to perform, learn, overcome a difficulty or reach a goal. That interest led me to study Psychology at the Universitat de Girona and to continue my training in areas related to performance, sport and coaching. I have also had the opportunity to explore research and behaviour, experiences that have broadened my understanding of people.

Over time, I came to understand that my sporting and academic journeys were not separate paths. They complemented each other. Having experienced the demands of high-performance sport for years allows me to understand first-hand concepts we study in psychology: motivation, confidence, pressure, expectations, fear of making mistakes, habits and goal setting.

My approach to supporting people

Today, I want to use everything I have learned to support other people - children, young people and adults - in their own challenges. Whether they want to improve in their studies, sport or work, or simply learn to understand themselves better and move towards what they want to achieve.

For me, performance is not only about achieving better results. It is about learning to develop the tools that help us grow, adapt and move, step by step, towards the person we want to become.

You do not need all the answers to get started.
