Plan your study week

An exercise to organise tasks, available time and priorities.

Reflection exercise · 5-10 minutes

1. Map out your week

Write down your classes, training sessions, commitments and rest periods. Look at which time slots are still available.

2. Define your tasks

Replace 'study' with a specific task: reading a section, making an outline or practising exercises. Assign these tasks to your available time slots.

3. Leave room and review

Leave room for the unexpected. At the end of the week, notice which tasks took more time and adjust your next plan.

You can do this exercise with pen and paper. Adapt it to your circumstances and keep your answers to review later.
